We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will partner with the sales and marketing team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination, ultimately enabling the sales team to deliver on their objectives.The Sales Coordinator will play an important role in helping the sales process function effectively from start to finish, which will include coordination of key stages with other departments. RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Coordinator will have the following responsibilities
Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments including marketing, professional services, partnerships, product development, legal and finance.
Manage process for contract signature and notification to all relevant departments that a new contract has been signed.
Assist in planning and organization of sales meetings, workshops, or training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Assist with event schedule, including date/location, sponsorship, internal attendees, registrations, agendas, attendee lists, and event orders.
Assist Director of Partnerships in the management of Partner engagements, including assisting with new development or services SOW’s, contract routine and execution, preparation of marketing emails and scheduling of monthly meetings with partners.

Desire to grow in the sales and marketing department, taking on other responsibilities or new roles
Ability to travel (up to 15%) – to LendSuite head office in Florida or industry conferences
