Assistant Manager (Generalist/ Hindi) – {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 60% of marks}
Deputy General Manager – {CA with 12 years of post qualification experience of which five years of work experience in overseeing financial operations i.e accounting, taxation, budgeting matters}
General Manager – {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum fifteen years of experience}
Deputy Manager (Economist) – {a postgraduate degree in economics with minimum two years of experience in relevant field}
Deputy Manager (MIS) – {a postgraduate degree/ diploma in statistics/ operation research with minimum two years of relevant experience}.
Age:- 21 to 62 according to posts
