Job Description / Roles

The primary responsibilities for this role are highlighted below:

Lead the Capability Building Charter under ER-IR (including ER Champ*)
Coordinate with Ops and HR leadership to design short and long-term learning strategies
Conduct training needs analysis to identify and design learning interventions (individual, teams, BUs and organisation)
Coordinate for end-to-end development of training materials, viz, e-modules, learning snippets, etc.
Deliver learning sessions, be it in-person or virtual
Coordinate with trainer pool to ensure smooth and effective execution of year-long training calendar, particularly wrt ER Champ
Monitor capabilities of current trainer pool and identify and develop future trainers
Undertake proactive initiatives, including but not limited to, TTT programs for trainers
Conduct data analysis and evaluate effectiveness of learning initiatives
Coordinate and drive multitude of vendors to achieve deliverables on-time and within budget
Lead the Grievance Management Charter under ER-IR (including Aawaaz**)
Coordinate with Ops and HR leadership to introduce and institutionalise Aawaaz in facilities
Establish and commence governance committees for ownership, execution and problem-solving
Acquire data from multiple data sources and maintain databases
Conduct data analysis via statistical tools to interpret progress and identify areas for improvement
Connect with ER Champs PAN India, to maintain proactive engagement and resolve any grievances
Drive and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all grievances across their span are being resolved amicably and on-time
Support for Program Management
Provide backend support for data analysis and status progress for various programs such as FLAVP, FLAIR, CLM etc.
Coordinate with various HR Partners PAN India to drive execution on-ground
Conduct risk analysis and support in designing new initiatives and frameworks to mitigate risks
Schedule training sessions, periodic connects, leadership updates, etc., and track progress

Prior exposure to Learning and Development, particularly from design and execution standpoint
Experience in partnering with people managers for blue-collar employees, with a focus on ER-IR & Contract Labour management
Strong drive on execution through coordination with a plethora of stakeholders, via strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to gather, organise, analyse, and therefore act upon, significant amounts of raw data with precision and attention to detail
ER Champ is one of the flagship programs of ER-IR which focuses on force-multiplication, by building practical capabilities in last-mile people managers and develop them as IR managers
Aawaaz is a grievance management portal in its nascent stage, which is utilised by blue-collar associates to highlight their grievances and to get it resolved through various internal stakeholders
